The Villa 380 project is a private development in Curaçao, located on Penstraat near the Avila Beach Hotel. It consists of 8 apartments situated by the sea. These apartments have different sizes, with the small apartments offering a built-up area of 123 m2 and the larger apartments providing 130 m2 of space. Each apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 and a ½ bathrooms, an open living room, and an outside terrace facing the seaside.
